The tasters at 2Dips.com sampled over 40 ice creams in 2004 and want to supply you with "The Best of 2004" list of flavors. The "Best of" list is a cheat sheet of ice creams that were extraordinary in the category they are listed under.
In a 2Dips ice cream tasting, the tasters evaluate four categories: Consistency/Texture, Presentation, Taste, and Value. Each category has a 5-point scale with a 5 rating being excellent and a 1 rating being very poor. It is rare that both tasters give an ice cream fives in the same category as the tasters have varying opinions on each topic. Only the ice creams that ranked a five out of five by both tasters have been listed.
